Privacy Policy

Interim Controller & CFO Partners ("we," "us") respects the confidentiality of the businesses we work with and the people who visit this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a financial assessment, you provide your name, company, email, phone, role, industry, revenue range, employee count, accounting platform, the service you are considering, urgency, and a description of the financial problem.
• Attribution data. The page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters (such as UTM codes or a Google Ads click identifier) so we know how you found us.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider and, if enabled, by analytics tools.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare for a conversation with you.
• To route and prioritize inquiries so that urgent matters are handled first.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring qualified inquiries.
• To protect the site from automated abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by email through Postmark. Online call bookings are handled by Calendly. The site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage statistics, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to inquiries, Google Tag Manager to manage those tags, and Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose of providing its service to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries: session storage to remember how you arrived (so the form can record it), and cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Ads. The Google Ads cookies record that you arrived from an ad so that a completed inquiry or booking can be counted; they do not tell us who you are. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any page. The assessment form works without cookies.

When you submit the assessment form, your browser also sends Google a one-way hashed (scrambled and not reversible) version of the email address and phone number you entered. Google uses it to match your inquiry to an ad you may have clicked, a feature called enhanced conversions, and does not receive your contact details in readable form.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, typically the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email cfo@interimcontrollercfopartners.com to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Residents of California and other states with privacy statutes have additional rights, which we honor on request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated abuse, and sent only to our own inbox. No sample or actual client financial data is stored on this website.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
